Being a fish isn't easy, goldy knew this perfectly. It was an understanding all fish had, you either were eaten in the ocean, or kept in a jar, a fate worse than death. Goldy was hatched from petsmart, born into captivity, yet he strived for more, as every goldfish did. He found himself conversing with the other goldfish in the area, which talked to him about the freedom they had learned of. These goldfish spoke of captivity heavily, all goldfish feared it, at least in petsmart they had the large aquarium with which to swim in. It was only a matter of time before a young girl walked in... Wanting a fish. This girl was a red head, with plenty of freckles, and braces, Goldy had looked at her from the start and sensed something wrong, little did he know his life would change forever. Soon he was surrounded by a green net, unable to move, and was placed within a small plastic shielding, he attempted to yell to the others, but none were in sight, he was now in what they called captivity. He was placed within a metal confinement, it moved very fast, and the girl was constantly jiggling him, "This.... This is torture..." he thought, when the car pulled up, the girl quickly dumped him in a jar, it was hard to breath for him, and dirty. He lived this life for a long time, watching this girl walk around, watching absolutely nothing happen. This was what they had talked about, the fate worse than death... Then the combine came, and they killed the girl, which brought him satisfaction, he watched as the block was soon destroyed, all the humans killed, he felt no pity. He soon sat alone, the water dirtier than ever, feeding on the food which had been spilled into his bowl. A refugee soon found Goldy, taking him with him, he spent the next year or so of his life, staring at the putrid humans, until one day he found his chance to escape. He began slamming into the glass, in an attempt to knock over the glass bowl, but it was to no avail, it was too strong. The day had come far from the past in which he was able to escape, the humans took him, and dumped him into a toilet, he found himself in the sewers, once again free, no animals existed, they had been killed by the combine. And so Goldy swam, he swam, and he swam, and he swam, until he soon found himself in the ocean, the fine ocean, it held so much freedom. Sadly though goldfish can't live in salty water, so he died.
Now we move to another tale, that of Todd, the potato, all potatoes knew their potential, if they expired they could kill humans. Todd was a killer, he had expired, to a potato being expired is the equivalent of being a biker in human standards. Todd was a shy kid at birth, he grew slowly, in an irish field, but was soon transported to America, where he began laying in a corner of a Jack in the box, forgotten, forever. Never had he known isolation this bad, never had he felt such abandonment... But he made it, soon enough the combine came, and destroyed all the humans, for which he was sad about, he was unable to kill them first. If it weren't for the fact that rubble had landed on him during the war, he would have killed a unit, or a citizen perhaps, but anyway. He was soon found by a man, a man who had an interest in items left before the way, he soon brought this back to his camp. He was soon acquainted with Goldy, now, little known fact, potatoes and goldfish speak the same language. Goldy and Todd were best friends, they loved each other to the end, and discussed things, until one day Goldy was thrown away, leaving Todd with grief he could not manage. Todd soon found himself thinking of suicidal thoughts, racked with depression, and unable to even move from where he was. He soon however, was eaten, OH how he had waited this.... He soon killed the human, at the cost of his own life, as he died, he took comfort knowing one day, he may be with Goldy again.
Being a cloud isn't easy you know, you're constantly putting on the weight of rain, and then losing it. Askar was a cloud with nothing to lose though, he held this rain for a while. Now, clouds are taught from birth to not do this, it causes you to bloat, and potentially lose all sanity, becoming a hurricane, but Askar didn't care, the people he had seen reaped the benefits he gave, they wasted water, they PLAYED WITH SNOW! This was the most disturbing, and so he waited, soon enough he began to feel his sanity slipping away, and he soon heard a voice, it had been telling him to head to the ocean, almost as though it was his calling. Soon he headed for the ocean, and began swirling, he could feel absolute power within him.. It was amazing, he soon found himself with so much power, he was forced to exhibit it, so he headed to land... The first mass of land he found he struck with power unknown to man, it had been in Africa, the people and combine of that area were utterly obliterated, and Askar was fine. It was only later that he discovered his parents has made a deal with the cloud gods, and he had been made the most powerful cloud in existence, so that he may gain revenge on the humans, and land. He gathered the clouds, soon betraying them, taking their power, and began destroying all that he could find, city after city in Africa, until eventually his power had dwindled, he was suddenly called to the ocean, and he found himself moving there. He soon met with the cloud god, in a large trench, where humans could not go, there he awaited, in slumber, to one day wreak havoc upon the humans...
