Final Fix OFFICIAL
The MPF is shit poor. Players will decide to get on their units and minge or act OOC whilst normal players sit on the top of the score board with civvies 2 vs units 14. This will be no more. MPF applications are staying locked until this is fixed.
-Units will only flag up with the intention of RP, otherwise will be issued 1 (one) OOC blackmark.
-Units that abuse the class of MPF to hand out weapons will be de-whitelisted and have their units PKed with no redemption.
-Units that are in the Nexus for extended periods of time with the intention of fucking around will be issued 1 (one) OOC blackmark.
-The Nexus is an IC place. Any and all OOC actions WILL be taken IC and be met with accordingly.
-If there is a large amount of citizens, and no units are flagged, and a recruit flags up, he or she must flag down immediately or receive an OOC blackmark.
-Units who kill a citizen at any time for an OOC reason will not be voided. There is no room for idiocy.
-If the ratio of citizens 2 to units 1 is not upheld, units will be issued a warning, and if no action is taken, the lowest ranking unit will receive an OOC blackmark, and the other units will then receive theirs.
-The recruit stage is not a stage to play around. I will no longer void recruit's OOC actions. They will be punished and removed from the white list if need be.
-If a unit OOCly kills another unit outside, it will be taken IC. It leads to weapons being lost and then minges finding them, leading to RDM.
-Units who take actions into their own hands instead of reporting the problem to an admin will receive an OOC blackmark.
