As far as I'm aware, most if not all radio codes that should be used are voice commands, and are in random order. I think they are in random order because if they were in order, units would get the codes mixed up with other codes, and blurt out a 10-50 (being patrol) instead of a 10-51 (not an actual code, just say it's "<:: Authorize amputation of level 1 offender." Idfk). If we could hop in a few servers and combine (pun) their radio codes together with another server's codes, we could have a solid list.

Snagged some codes from several different servers, mixed them together and removed some.
