LEVEL I: Punished with maximum detainment cycles, a level I re-education, and possible AMPUTATION.
Weapons possession should be dealt with in this manner.
Detainment (no cycles are given, detain until verdict of life or death is given) >Interrogation>Amputation.
Level I Contraband Possession (Fire arms, weapons, rebel/resistance clothing, any items manufactured by and for the Metropolitan Police Force)
Homicide level A (Murdering a Metropolitan Police Force unit.)
Attempted Homicide level A (Attempted murder of a Metropolitan Police Force unit.)
Assault level C (Assaulting a City Administrator.)
Attempted Homicide level B (Attempted murder of a City Administrator.)
Homicide level B (Murdering a City Administrator.)
Homicide level C (Murdering a citizen.)
Distributing or creating any resistance or rebel propaganda
Level I Trespassing - Level I trespassing is entering of the Nexus further than the lobby (Ration area) without escort by a Metropolitan Police Force unit. Dealt with by amputation on-spot by order of an 01 unit and up.
Unauthorized Procreative Activity (UPA) Performing sexual activities with other citizens. (Also includes masturbation.) Dealt with by amputation. No exceptions.
LEVEL II: Punished with several cycles of detainment and level II re-education.
Assault level A (assaulting a citizen)
Assault level B (assaulting a Metropolitan Police Force unit.)

Level II Trespassing
Level II Contraband Possession (Non-Metropolitan Police Force Licensed paracetamols, bleach, alcohol, steroids, resistance/rebel propaganda, non-Universal Union electronics.)
Destabilization of Social Harmony (Yelling out statements/opinions that may be destructive to the stability of citizens, IE: Provoking a riot/leaning citizens away from the Universal Union and towards rebellious acts)
Destabilization of Metropolitan Police Force Standing (Yelling out statements/opinions that may be destructive to the citizen's views of the Metropolitan Police Force.)
LEVEL III: Punished with 2-4 cycles in detainment (Detainment may only take place as long as citizens continue violating the offence) , a minor re-education or just a warning. If offence is broken even after warning, punishment and/or re-education ARE to take place.
Mobility violation (running, jumping)
Audio violation (yelling, profanity, racism, cursing)
Anything deemed "Uncivil" (Insulting units, disrespect, anything that is offensive towards the Universal Union.)
Level III Trespassing
Level III Contraband Possession (Non-Universal Union watermelon, Non-Universal Union milk, Non-Universal Union tea.)
Non-Universal Union Attire (Possession of and equipping to oneself Non-Universal Union branded clothing. (//Attire that is Non-UU and is stated to be UU branded by the player must be obtained ICly, otherwise this is considered asspulling.))
RE-EDUCATION LEVELS.
Level III (Minor re-education) 3 strikes on low/medium setting on electro baton.
Level II (Moderate re-education) 5 strikes on low/medium setting until unconscious, unit will detain afterwards.
Level I (Major re-education) 7 strikes on high setting until unconscious or considered deceased. (Decease order only to be given by 01+.)
