Alright, let's start off with this:
Black Market Dealers:
I don't care if you have the flags, you can't just ass-spawn stuff, there are 3 real black market dealers, and you have to buy your stock from them ICly before ass-spawning a crate: 'Nova'(Me), 'Ghost'(Senator Dave), 'Scout'(Doom Kuh).
The Resistance:
Just because you are out in the outlands, doesn't mean you automatically get a gun or get into the resistance, you're still a mere refugee, and you better accept it and live with the rest somewhere, as the resistance will protect you, but they aren't going to hand out their limited supply of guns. Few of you will have any kind of firearm.
OTA and MPF:
I don't want any MPF in the outlands, unless you are rogue and authorized by Doom Kuh, or it is a major event. OTA, I don't want everyone to be on their OTA at once just because they have one, I'm going to place this rule: 1-3 depending on server population, mostly because the OTA aren't just wandering around the Outlands looking for resistance to kill, they go out there when resistance is spotted. A town being formed isn't resistance, a group of heavily armed people killing antlions is. So, NO MPF UNLESS THERE IS AN EVENT, and only 1-3 OTA at a time. If your unit is spotted on without Authorization then it will be blackmarked or PKed upon sight.
Events:
Alright guys, in the outlands, events will be much more intense than a small antlion breach, we will have headcrab shellings(IDK) upon areas, OTA raids, Strider sweeps, Helicopter flybys, Gunship attacks, Hunter raids (get ep2, srsly), hell, we will have food shortages, major infections, Supply Helicopter's shot down, Natural Disaster, etc.
The Map:
Ineu Pass is a very large map, and fit for torturing Citizens who thought it would be heaven outside of the city, long treacherous journeys from town to the next shack, cliff leaping, waterfall riding, a lot of climbing, I don't want any bitching and whining about the long journey that you decided to take for this. Be wary that you will likely be attacked by something on most journies..
