Administration Suggestion

We are really in need of some administrators, especially when there is noone to teach players how to properly roleplay on the server. I strongly suggest opening Administrator Applications.

Why should the administrator Applications be installed? Well, the owners are really taking too long to decide where to start with picking out good adminsitrators. Applications, which will be on the forums, will be a good way to find out who should help adminsitrate the server. Why not give players the chance to shine?

Here is how the application Format should be done;
Steam Name;

Steam ID;

Current Characters;

Why do you wish to join the ARP Team?

What position do you wish to run?

(If regarding a faction); what changes would you make to the said faction that could help improve it?

(If a promotion); what makes you worthy of a promotion?

I don't think admin applications are quite necessary as people can easily act so good and perfect in a application and end up being a troll or minge, then banning the entire server.
Most successful communities don't use applications and just have them owner choose admins or people selected by the owner to choose admins.

TL:DR-Stick with hand picked admins, it works out better and you can better avoid fail admins.

Admin applications are never really a good idea. I know we do need more admins but i hand pick all of my staff, nobody who i do not personally know will ever receive admin on my server. Just avoid a lot of problems that way.

If I may add this, I do agree that admin applications are unnecessary as I said in my previous post it would be a somewhat plausible idea to open moderator applications or Operator(OP) for HL2RP.
