I believe that a small thing should be required prior to entry of the MPF. You should have a moderate understanding of grammar, spelling, or RP ability. Units that run around saying "<:: citizen can you plese pick up that can" or things such as that are not usually taken seriously, and are probably going to be silently labelled as "bad RPers". "<:: Citizen, either pick up that can, or you'll be getting a level 2 re-education!" Is more suitable. It has bettet structure, easier to read, and he's basically good at RP. it's just a small thing to make the force that much better.
