The "Dispatcher"
A self centered, single sided mind. His place of birth is unknown, as is his real name. He is currently known for the killing of two loyalists, and his ability to hack into the Dispatch system. During his Dispatches, he plays modern techno music, making background sound from where he is hacking difficult to hear. From the Dispatches heard, he has a profound hatred for the Universal Union and its cooperating units. As of 2/18/16, it has been proven that he is not dead, as after 656 "confirmed" his death on the Nexus steps, he had hacked the Dispatch system once more, speaking "Dumb asses..." The Metropolitan Police Force have yet to identify the male that had been killed, nor have they removed the traps set by the Dispatcher.
