Well, for starts, I think a lot of recruits can get into divisions a bit easily, with only about a few hours BT. I think we should set it so that each recruit, upon completion of BT, would start an apprenticeship with an OfC or DvL of the division they wish to join. After the unit thinks that the recruit is ready to start, They can graduate into that division. I know that TrO handles a lot of training, But I think once a recruit has become advanced, and is ready for division specific training, something alon these lines could take place. The TrO would first have to approve that the recruit can start advanced training, Then the DvL would decide if the recruit can start apprenticeship, and with what unit. It doesn't really have to be OfC and DvL only, that's something alex would decide. =P But, I think that this would really help with prevention of high rank lulCP's, and give a bit more expirence IC. Also, if the apprenticeship is given, there new name would be like this for say, if they joined GRID. MPF-RCT-GRID.391

Apprentice ship is not necessary and would take too long. If my recruits pass the promotion test, they pass. There shouldn't be any more than that.

I can only get on during the weekends. Therefore, training becomes difficult. Well promote me then teach me ic to train recruits. It's not like you'd instantly be able to train recruits without my supervision. You need to be a TrO (OfC of DAGGER) in order to do that.
