Civil Workers Union
The Civil Workers Union is for, what it's name implies, work. It is for giving citizens with pure intentions of helping others the opportunity to do so. They sell, heal, and direct citizens in need to parts of the city, and are only here to help, not command. It is led by a Class 0 Organizer and they transport things to units from time to time. They set up shops, transport equipment, and assist everyone. The sections are as follow...
ORGANIZER(OrG) The Organizer is a higher class of Civil Worker, and cannot be applied for, but instead ranked up to. They give small commands to fellow Civil Workers, and also give interviews to possible Civil Workers. They handle every section, and can perform the jobs of every section. They appoint other workers to places they are needed. CWU:O-CA Appoint other Civil Workers to areas and handle other worker's jobs if need be. Interviews possible Civil Workers. CWU:O-C0 Leads the entire Civil Workers Union.
GOODS-MAN(GdM) The Goods-Man sells general goods. They handle shops and sell things to citizens that want them. They may only sell Universal Union branded equipment, which includes flashlights. It is usually the most popular section. CWU:G-CA: Can sell UU branded equipment whilst on the street and may own a Civil Workers general store. CWU:G-CB: Assist Class B's as well as more physical labor and appointing citizens with needs.
MEDICAL(McL) The Medical section applies medicinal treatment to citizens that have "boo-boos" that the Metropolitan Police Force doesn't want to treat. Stitches, bandages, and medical vials are their best friends. Anything requiring surgery mustn't ever be handled by a Medical Civil Worker unless they are Class A and ordered to do so by a unit. CWU:M-CA: Handles the Medical section. Treatment with gauze, anti-bacterial paste, stitches, bandages & medical gel vials. Appoints higher medical procedures. CWU:M-CB: Assists Class A's, appoints citizens, as well as distribution of product.
(THERE WILL BE ANOTHER SECTION, I JUST CAN'T THINK OF ONE YET)

Love the implement of Medicial division for CWU. By the way, who is the chef/supervisor of each individual division, and where will the medical bay be? I'll be glad to help in any way possible.

Section supervisors are labelled as Class 1. If you wish to help, try adding me on steam and we'll speak there.

Entertainment(EnT) The Entertainment has a name that clearly stands for it self. Its job is to entertain the public keeping them somewhat satisfied. They handle the public with CP authorization. Their job is to build or maintain the citizens satisfaction. Class 4: Can hand out newspapers on the street. Class 3: Can sell UU-Branned newspapers along with man-made comics with Class 2+ approval. Class 2: Can sell UU-Branned clothing , newspapers, and comics. May own a store. Class 1: Handles the supplies: Clothing, and Newspapers. Can appoint out shops and maintain them. Tell me what you guys think, Made it a little short but it is just a rought draft of one. If you wish you can give me a changed version of it and we can both agree to take credit, Otherwise just tell me what you think.

Citizens don't deserve "entertainment" either.

I kinda like the idea of entertainment... They make propaganda videos of happy healthy working citizens and newspaper articles of victory and success for the UU and how horrible the rebels are and so on... Maybe make the articles on the forms and each week the entertainment division will post a new article icly...? Hmm...

Why not get CW in general to spread propaganda instead of creating a new Section for it? Citizens don't get entertainment, and if they do, it's from broadcasts by the City Administrator. Administrators explain to citizens how horrible rebels are via broadcasts, so the CWs shouldn't have to do it too. It seems very unproductive for the UU as citizens can spout pro-UU things, when CWs could be selling things instead of spouting about the Union constantly.

Well the adminstrator or SeC (More likely Adminstrator) Should post newspapers or have some CW to post Newspapers (On the forums that is). I see it as a way of informing the citizens of local bounties, events, how-to be a loyalist section. Etc. Stuff that could help out the Police and UU-Politics short-term and long-term.

Only the MPF should know of any bounties, we don't want shitizens running around being like Rorschach. The MPF also don't hold events, so there'd be no reason for that. Broadcasts already shove UU propaganda down citizen's throats. I think that if anything, the City Administrator can write shit on a paper, then a unit can hang it up on some light posts. We don't need to make a whole CWU section about it.

Got the point, Citizens don't need entertainment nor information about bounties. One thing, What will the new section be then since entertainemnt is not a factor.
